nrg|SiteObsurvey combines actual website behaviour and user surveys, allowing us to form a detailed picture of your website’s weaknesses, strengths and barriers.
The data we collect ranges from the measurement of the accomplishment of individual objectives, to the influence of the user experience on the perception of your brand. We can also provide critical event success analysis and create your own benchmark which can be used for future user experience studies.
Based on the insights nurago provides, you can improve the user experience and conversion rate of your website, as well as maximise the individual sense of achievement of your users. Next to ad-hoc-studies, nrg|SiteObsurvey is also suitable for the continuous monitoring of the user experience.
Method
To take a virtual look over your users' shoulders we use our scalable technological platform LEOtrace®, which combines measuring natural surfing behaviour on your website with an online survey. We do this by inviting actual users of your website (on site recruitment) to participate and either surf freely and use the website as usual ("true intent") or undertake a specific assignment ("task based"). nrg|SiteObsurvey combines this behavioural data with pre and post surveys to develop a 360 degree picture the users’ experience on your website.
Optional module
Analysis of critical events
We can offer additional analysis of user behaviour within your website (e.g. mouse movements, navigation paths and clicks) to measure critical events and focus on specific elements of the site through event based, in-session questions and feedback.
Timing
nrg|SiteObsurvey projects require a lead time of one to two weeks. The duration of field time and analysis depends on your individual research questions as well as on the number of users on your website.
Reporting
- After completing the field-time phase of the research, we will provide you with a comprehensive PowerPoint report focusing upon user experience within your website and the optimisation of success rates.
- We will also provide you with key conclusions and actionable recommendations that will aide you in optimising your digital offer.
